Sakshi Bakshi is a keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and women’s health advocate who speaks at the intersection of business, biology, and identity.
She is the Founder of EPIA – Egg Preservation Institute of Asia, where she works on the frontlines of women’s health, fertility awareness, and preventive care. Raised within a multi-generational medical and entrepreneurial ecosystem, Sakshi brings a rare insider perspective on legacy, ambition, failure, and reinvention.

Why I Speak
I speak because we’ve normalised fixing ourselves instead of listening to ourselves.
We live in a culture obsessed with optimisation: careers, bodies, productivity, even healing. Somewhere along the way, growth stopped being expansive and started becoming exhausting.
My work and my voice sits inside that contradiction.
I speak to people who are:
- Doing well on paper but questioning everything internally
- Building ambitious lives while quietly burning out
- Navigating invisible timelines, especially women
- Tired of hustle culture, but still deeply driven
This isn’t motivation.
